General Settings

This guide is intended to help you walk through the general settings in Rezio Admin which includes Basic, Regional, Payment, Day Off (Tour), Day Off (Office) and Legal settings.

Settings

Log in to Rezio Admin and enter General settings.

There are different general setting tabs placed at the top of the page. Listed sequentially are Basic, Regional, Payment, Day Off (Tour), Day Off (Office) and Legal.

You can navigate between tabs by clicking the arrows or using the scroll-bar.

 Basic 
In the basic section, you can fill in and update store information, business information and social media sites.

When done updating, click  Save  to complete update.

Note: * are required field.



 Regional 
In the regional section, you can set up the language, timezone, currency and week start day. 

When done selecting, click  Save  to complete setup.

 Payment 
In the payment section, you can set up acceptable payment methods on MySite.

If you would like to accept a particular kind of payment, click the toggle button to turn blue. When the toggle button is switched to gray, the payment method will be unavailable in Admin and MySite.

To provide more details regarding payment for your customers, you can click on the - sign to open the message box and type in your message. If you wish to hide the message, click on the + sign. 

When finished, click  Save  to complete setup.

Note: When your customer make a reservation on your MySite, the additional message will be shown to them when the message box sign is switched to - sign. 

 Day Off (Tour) 
In the day off (tour) section, you can set up days off for when there are no scheduled tours for reservation or no products for sale.

To add day off dates:
1. Click  Setting  to enter edit mode.
2. Select the day off dates. The selected dates will be circled in red.
3. Click  Confirm  to continue or  Cancel  to cancel your adjustment. 

4. Check your selected dates in the pop-up window and click  Save  to complete setup. 

To remove day off dates:
1. Click  Setting  to enter edit mode.
2. Select the dates circled in red.
3. Click  Confirm  to continue or  Cancel  to cancel your adjustment. 

4. Check your removing dates in the pop-up window and click  Save  to complete setup. 

 Day Off (Office) 
In the day off (office) section, you can set up office holidays or when operations and customer service have days off. The setting method for day off (office) is the same as day off (tour). The difference is when the day off schedule for office is set up in the system, it will control the operation service time.

Example: When the custom confirmation date is set to 2 working days, for a reservation placed on April 30th 2019, the reservation should be confirmed before May 2nd 2019. However, if there is an office day off set on May 1st 2019, the confirmation date will be postponed to May 3rd 2019. The postponed date will also be effective on the confirmation email sent to your customer when a reservation is placed.

 Legal 
In the legal section, you can set up privacy policy and terms and conditions shown on My Site. To show privacy policy or terms and conditions on MySite, click on the - sign to open the message box and type in additional information. If you wish to hide the information, click on the + sign to close the message box.

When finished editing, click  Save  to complete set up.

Note: The public version set in default provided by Rezio can be used directly.
