Voucher Setup

This guide is intended to help you walk through the voucher setup in Rezio Admin which covers setting up with Rezio voucher or your own customized voucher.

Log in to Rezio Admin and navigate through Product List to the Publish Setting section.

Setting up vouchers 

1. Go to Product > Product List.
2. Click on the product you would like to setup voucher. 

3. Navigate to Publish Setting and Type of Voucher.
4. Select None, Rezio Voucher or Custom Voucher.

None
When choosing None, there won’t be any voucher sent to your customer.

1. Select the check-in method for your customers to process upon arrival. If you choose Customize, you can leave a message to explain how to check-in. 

Rezio Voucher
Rezio Voucher is the public version provided by Rezio.
It's very flexible and can cope with various situations.

1.Selet the Number of Vouchers to Generate and Voucher redeem available times. 

2. Select the check-in method for your customers to process upon arrival. If you choose Customize, you can leave a message to explain how to check-in. 

Example: Rezio Voucher sent to customer is shown below. The details will vary from order to order depending on your product set up and the package option chosen by your customers. The color theme is set according to your settings in Sell Online > Theme Design. 

Custom Voucher
When choosing Custom Voucher, you can use your own customized voucher.

① Select the check-in method for your customers to process upon arrival. If you choose Customize, you can leave a message to explain how to check-in.

② Select the default template. If there is no suitable voucher template, click +Go To Create Voucher Template to create a new voucher.

Note: For more details on creating customized vouchers, please go to Admin Settings | Create Customized Voucher

If you have multilingual vouchers, continue below steps:

③ Click the + sign to add language and click  Confirm .
④ Select the voucher corresponding to the language.
⑤ Click  Add .

Note: The voucher added will be shown under the Add button. The vouchers are removable by clicking the bin icon. 

Remark: The language linked with the voucher will affect the voucher sent to your customer. For example, if your customer placed an order in English, the voucher linked with English will be sent to your customer. If there is no language linked with the vouchers, your customer will receive the voucher you set as Default Template.

You can also set up different custom vouchers for different sales options.
