This guide is intended to help you walk through product management in Rezio Admin which covers navigating the product list, adding, filtering and editing products.

Log in to Rezio Admin and enter Product List to start managing your products.

Navigating product list

The cover image, name, all the sales options bound to the product, code, category, and sales status of each product are displayed in the product list.

The sales status will change depending on the setting and the current situation as listed below: 

 In Progress : The essential steps in the product setup are incomplete causing it to be unavailable for sale. 

 Available until _______ : All the essential steps are completed and on sale until the ending date set in the sales calendar.

 End Selling : The selling period for the product has ended.

 Discontinued : The product is not on sale due to all the sales options selling status are switched OFF. If the selling status of one of the sales option is ON, the status will not be Discontinued.

 Fully Booked : All the sessions available of the product are sold out.

Adding products 

To add products, click +Add on the Product List page or Add Product on the menu.

filtering products

You can filter products by entering keywords in the search bar, selecting the product category or sales status. 

To clear filters, click Clear filters.

editing products

To edit a product: 
1. Click on the product you would like to edit and enter edit mode.

2. The edit mode interface is the same as the add mode. Find the section you would like to edit and start editing. 
3. When finished editing each section, click  Save  or  Next . If you click  Cancel , there won’t be changes made.
