Overview
Products that have been set up cannot be deleted. However, you can archive them, and they will not be displayed in the Product List. Archived products can still be viewed by filtering the Product Status to Archive.
Step 1: Go to Publish>Sales Calendar and switch off the product you want to archive.
Note: Your product’s Sales Option must be switched off first before it can be archived.
Step 2: Go to Product > Product List and click Batch Edit. Then, click the Archive option.
Step 3: Click the checkbox for the product(s) you want to archive (can only select products that are Discontinued). Then, click Archive (red button on the lower right).
Finally, a pop-out window will appear asking you to confirm that you want to archive your product(s). Click OK.
