Admin Settings | How to add session(s) on an existing product?

Overview

This article will guide you how to add session(s) to an existing product, follow these steps.


Step 1: Go to [Product] > [Product List] then select your existing product.


Step 2: Go to [Add Session] tabthen select the sale option you would like to add session. Next, add a new session. For instance, if you'd like to include an afternoon session for this option, simply select the desired time, click [Add], and then [Save].


Step 3: After clicking [Save], a preview of the session settings will appear. Click [Save] again, followed by [OK]. The system typically takes 3–5 minutes to update, after that your new session will be displayed on MySite.



Note: Please ensure that the session you’ve added is not a duplicate; otherwise, it will result in an error.
