If a customer has left notes (Customer Remarks) but they don't appear in the report, you might wonder how to include them. This article will guide you through the steps to download a report that includes customer notes.
Step 1: Go to [Sales Report] > select [Date Range] on type of report you would like to download > [Search] > [Export Sales Report]
Step 2: Once you open the report, scroll to column AQ labeled [Customer Remarks]. The customer’s notes will be displayed in this column.
