Admin Orders | Add New Orders

This guide is intended to provide basic instructions on how new orders are added in rezio Admin and how they can be checked on MySite.


Orders > New Order

Log in to rezio Admin and navigate to New Order to start adding orders.

  • Adding internal orders

To add an order in Admin,

  1. Go to Orders > New Order.

  2. Select a ProductSales OptionDeparture Date, and Session.

  3. To adjust the Quantity of an order, click the + or - button.

  4. Fill in the Customer First NameCustomer Last NameCustomer Email, and Customer Remarks (it is optional and can function as a place to write customers’ special requirements).

  5. Click Create and the system will automatically take you to Order Details.

Order Details > Contact Info

  • Fill your Internal Order’s Customer Contact Information

After creating an internal order, the customer’s contact information is still empty. You will need to fill in the information so that the voucher and email will be sent to the customer. To do this, follow these steps below:

  1. After creating an order, the Order Details page will load.

  2. Navigate to the Contact Info tab.

  3. Fill in the required contact information and click Save.

Order Details > Booking Info

  • Fill your Internal Order’s Customer Booking Information

After filling your internal order’s customer information, if you have set a specific Pickup and Guide Services settings, you can edit them in the Booking Info. Not only that, you can also fill the Traveler Representative and Participant Information, although it is optional. 

  1. Navigate to the Booking Info tab.

  2. Choose an option for Pickup and Guide Services.

  3. Fill in the Participant information (optional) and click Save.

Note: If the participant’s information is the same as customer contact information, you can click FIll in Contact Info. 

MySite > Check Order

  • Checking your orders on MySite

Orders that are booked on MySite or from another channel will be at the same time (real-time) created in rezio Admin. These orders can be checked on MySite. 

To check an order on MySite,

  1. Go to MySite and click Check Order on the homepage.

  2. Fill in the rezio Order NumberContact Email, and Contact Last Name.

  3. Click Check Order.

If all fields are inputted correctly, the order details, including contact info and product details, will appear on the next page.
