Channel Management | Viator: Connect Channel

This manual is intended to guide you on how to connect and manage the Viator channel through rezio admin



Connection Process

Viator Admin > Account

Click Connectivity and choose Rezio as your channel manager.

Viator Admin > Account

Click the link after 1–2 working days and check whether the connectivity details are displayed correctly.

rezio Admin > Channel
Go to rezio Admin  

Click Channel to see all the status of all functions (Integration - Orders,Integration - Quotas, Integration - Products).

  • (V) Synced

  • () Partialyl Synced

  • (X) Unable to Sync


Click Channel Info to see the channel infomation and channel instructions. If you are not a supplier of Viator, please sign up first. 

  • Connect Channel

  • Click Connect Channel.

  • Enter your Viator IDSupplier API KeyChannel Currency, and Settlement Date

  • After the infomation has been conformed, you may connect with Viator.

  • See Channel Info to check the status of the connection.
