Overview
Merchants can accept or reject the cancellation request from Customers.
Step 1: Reject or Cancel Order
Follow the path: Order > Order List
Find the order you want to deal with by using filters or Quick View.
Customers can start a cancellation request before the order departure date. If there’s a request, the order status will turn to Cancel Requested. Please click in.
Merchants can click Reject to decline the request if your customer accidentally presses the cancel button.
Merchants can click Cancel Order if you accept the cancellation request.
The cancellation policy and the refund rate will be shown on the page.

Step 2: After clicking the Cancel Order button, you’ll need to double check the Cancellation Fee and Estimated refund.
Step 3: You can choose to follow Cancellation Policy or Full Refund. If you choose Full Refund, please provide the special reason.
Step 4: Once you click Cancel this Order, the traveler will receive a cancellation email
