Overview
This guide explains the different order statuses in the rezio Admin system and the available actions for each status.

Order Management
New & Unpaid
When an order is created but payment has not been completed, it will be labeled as “New & Unpaid.”
Online Payment (e.g., credit card) - the order will progress to the next step only after the customer completes payment.
If payment is not made within the time limit, the order automatically changes to “Expired”.
After payment, if booking confirmation is Instantly or Automatically, the order status changes to “Confirmed”.
After payment, if booking confirmation is Manually, the order status changes to “New & Paid”.
Offline Payment (e.g., cash, bank transfer, distributor invoice) - The order status can be manually updated using the following action buttons:
To be Confirmed: status change to “Pending”
Confirm Order: status change to ”Confirmed”
Cancel Order: status change to ”Canceling”
New & Paid
When the booking confirmation method is set to “Manually”, and a deposit or full amount has been paid online at the time of booking, the order status will be set as “New & Paid”. Manual update is required to proceed to next status.
Pending
The following actions can be taken to update this order status:
Confirm Order: status change to ”Confirmed”
Cancel Order: status change to ”Canceling”
Confirmed
Orders from MySite, Distributors, Admin, or Widget, the following actions can be taken to update this order status:
Check-in & Redeem: status change to “Check-in & Redeem”
No-show: status change to “No-show”
Cancel Order: status change to “Canceling”
Departed: status change to “Departed”
Note:”Check-in & Redeem” is applicable only when the order includes vouchers, which can be manually redeemed and create a record. This option will not appear if the order lacks vouchers. Selecting “Departed” will not generate a redemption record.
Orders from KKday or KKday Marketplace channel, the following actions can be taken to update this order status:
Check-in & Redeem:
If the number of redemption is 1 - status change to “Completed in Channel”
If the number of redemption is more than 1 - status change to “Check-in & Redeem”
Cancel Order: status change to “Canceling”
Orders from Activity Japan, Viator, or Get Your Guide channel, relative statuses can only be modified through the respective channel’s backend system. Click on “Update Order Status” to access the channel’s admin page in a new tab.
No-Show
Orders marked as "No-Show" can be reverted to the "Confirmed" status if needed.
Cancel Requested
When a customer submits a request to cancel the booking, the order status changes to "Cancel Requested." The following actions can be taken:
Reject:cancel request not accepted, revert to previous status before cancellation.
Cancel Order:status change to “Canceling”
Canceling
The order has not yet been fully cancelled when under this status. Use the following actions to update the order status:
Cancel Complete:status change to “Canceled”, once the cancellation is complete, the order status cannot be modified.
Undo Cancel:revert to previous status before cancellation.
Canceled
Orders in this status can not be modified.
Departed
Orders in this status can be reverted to “Confirmed”
Check-in & Redeem
There are two types of status under this category:
Check-in & Redeem (Partially redeemed): the order can be redeemed multiple times but has not yet been fully completed.
Check-in & Redeem (All redeemed):
Once all redemption records are deleted, the order status will revert back to “Confimred”. Note: KKday / KKday Marketplace does not support the function to delete redemption records.
Channel Redeemed
For orders originating from KKday or KKday Marketplace without vouchers, the status automatically changes to "Channel Redeemed" after the departure date. Once updated to this status, customers can leave reviews for the product on KKday platform.
Completed in Channel
If an order from KKday or KKday Marketplace has all its vouchers redeemed, the status changes to "Completed in Channel." Once updated to this status, customers can leave reviews for the product on KKday platform.
Cancelled by Channel
This status applies only to KKday orders. If the order has redemption records but KKday cancels it for specific reasons, the status will be updated to "Cancelled by Channel.”
Expired
Orders with failed payments are marked as "Expired." Orders in this status cannot be restored.
To locate expired orders, use the "Status of All Created Orders" filter and select "Expired" in the list.
