Order Management & Redemption | I accidentally redeemed the code, How can I cancel the redemption?

Overview

You might be wondering what to do if you accidentally redeem a code. Don’t worry—this article will guide you through the steps to cancel a redemption.



Step 1: Go to [Order] > [Order List] [Search] > select order you would like to cancel


Step 2: At “Order Actions” section select [Back to Confirmed]

The status will revert to Confirmed, as shown in the images below.



Note: This action can only be performed for orders sourced from MySite. For orders from other channels, please proceed with the cancellation directly on the original platform.
