Order Management & Redemption | Where can I see how many times I have scanned Voucher (QR Code)?

Overview

Have you ever wondered how many times you've scanned a voucher (QR Code)? Perhaps you've scanned it multiple times. This article will guide you on how to check the number of times a QR code has been scanned.


Step 1: Go to your customer [Order Confirmation Email] > click [Order Voucher Link]


Step 2: Below the QR Code section, you'll find the [Available Redemption] area. If the voucher has not been redeemed yet, it will display as 0/1.



After that if the voucher has already been redeemed, it will display as 1/1.
