Edit Product - Publish Settings - Voucher Settings

  • Log in to rezio Admin and navigate through the Product List to the Publish Settings section to find Voucher Settings.

  • rezio Voucher

When the product’s voucher type is set to "Rezio Voucher", the following configurations can be made:

  1. Redemption Code:

  2. It is recommended to select "Use Rezio QR Code", where the system will automatically generate a redemption code when the voucher is created. The rezio APP can be used for redemption, and advanced features such as multiple redemptions, customer self-redemption, and Apple Wallet can be enabled.

  3. If "None, no QR Code Required" is selected, the voucher will not display a redemption code.

  4. If "Upload Customized QR Code in Order Details" is selected, you must manually upload a file for each order, and the rezio APP cannot be used for redemption.

  5. API QR Code” and “API Barcode” are only applicable when the redemption code is obtained through an external API. Please contact your rezio expert if needed.

Note:

If your product will be published on the Viator channel, please choose "Use Rezio QR Code" or "None, no QR Code Required".

If you plan to publish on the GetYourGuide channel, please choose "Use Rezio QR Code".

  1. Number of Vouchers to Generate:

  1. By Order: Regardless of the quantity, only one voucher will be generated for the entire order.

  2. By Identity / Item Quantity: Vouchers will be generated based on the quantity ordered.

Note:

When both “Use rezio QR Code” and “By Identity / Item Quantity” are enabled, the voucher will automatically display an "Order Representative QR Code" to allow group entry, making the check-in process more efficient.

  1. Number of Times for Redemption:
    When using
rezio QR Code, the voucher can allow multiple redemptions, up to a maximum of 10 times per voucher.

    • If the number of redemptions is greater than 2, the option is available to allow the same account to redeem the voucher multiple times.

    • When choosing “Don’t allow repeated redemptions by the same user account”, use different accounts to manage redemptions.
      Example:
After a customer scans the QR code for entry at the entrance, they cannot scan it again at the entrance, but they can use the same QR code at the gift shop for another redemption.

Note:

If your store only has one account performing redemptions, be sure to select "Allow" repeated redemptions.

If you later modify the number of redemptions or the repeated redemption settings, only new orders will be affected. Existing orders will follow the settings in place at the time of the order.

  1. Swipe to Redeem:
Combines the rezio Voucher and rezio QR code functionality, this feature can be enabled to allow customers to swipe on the web version of the voucher to complete.

    • This option must be used in conjunction with switching on Swipe to Redeem in Sell Online - Vouchers.

    • When both the product and store have enabled the Swipe to Redeem feature, the web version of the voucher will display a Swipe to Redeem button. If you do not want the QR Code to be displayed, you can also turn it off in Voucher Settings.

  1. Voucher Language:

    • Custom - The voucher will be displayed in the language you select, regardless of the language used when the customer placed the order.

    • According to customers’ order language - The voucher will be displayed in the language used by the customer.

Note:

After the order is placed, you can modify the voucher and order confirmation email language in the Language field under Order Details - Contact Info.

  1. How to Send:

    • Send Automatically with Order Confirmation: Automatically send the voucher simultaneous with an order’s confirmation. E.g. if a booking is manually confirmed, the voucher will be sent after.

    • Send Automatically at a Specified Time: Automatically send the voucher at a specified time. Times can be set by N days and N hours, either From Order Date or Before Departure Date. This will be displayed on the product itinerary of the booking website.

    • Send Manually: Send the voucher using rezio Admin.

Note:

If the redemption code is set to “Upload Customized QR Code in Order Details”, you must manually upload the file before sending the voucher. Therefore, only “Send Manually” can be selected.

  1. How to Use:
The instructions set here will be displayed on the voucher. Choose suitable default text or enter
    customized instructions.

  • File Formats for rezio Vouchers
The default rezio voucher comes in Web version and PDF version, depending  on whether the store has a custom URL set up and the order source.

  1. If the store has enabled a custom URL and the order source is Admin, MySite, API, or Distributors, the system will send the Web version of the voucher.

  1. If the store has enabled a URL but the order source is from channels such as KKday, KKday Marketplace, or Viator, the system will send the voucher in PDF format.

  2. If the store does not have a custom URL enabled, a PDF voucher will be sent regardless of the order source.

  3. If the product is published on the GetYourGuide channel, the voucher will be sent in the GetYourGuide format, displaying the rezio order’s redemption code within the voucher.

The image below is an example of the default rezio template. The data will be generated according to your product and customer’s reservation details, and the color will follow the design for MySite.

  • Upload Customized QR Code

Both rezio Voucher and Custom Voucher can use Customized QR Code instead of rezio own QR Code. If you use this option, you will have to upload it under the Order Detail page after the bookings are made. The QR code cannot be redeemed with the rezio app.

  • Upload Voucher File

You can design the voucher files with other software and upload them to rezio Admin, but since it’s not linked with the system, you will not be able to redeem the voucher with the rezio app.

After the customers book a product, go to the Voucher tab at Orders > Order List > Order Details to upload the voucher.

  1. Under Voucher Information, click Upload File

  2. After the file is uploaded, it will display below linked to a voucher number

  3. The voucher can be provided to the customer by clicking Copy URL or Send Voucher Notification. If copying the URL, message the customers or use rezio’s internal email system to send the link.

Note:

The image will be embedded in the redemption code section of the rezio voucher. The display size is limited, so please only upload QR Codes or barcodes. Uploading other types of images may cause the content to be unclear for the customer.

  • Advanced Settings

Note: The Swipe to Redeem and Add to Apple Wallet functions can not be used at the same time.

  • Allow “Add to Apple Wallet”

By allowing the Add to Apple Wallet function, when iPhone users open the web version of the voucher, they can click the Add to Apple Wallet button below the QR Code to save the voucher directly to the app.

Apple Wallet: According to the designated time or place, a reminder message will appear on the lock screen in a timely manner. Customers only need to open the ticket in their Apple Wallet to check in and redeem the ticket.
