Channel Management | KKday SCM: Redeem Voucher

This guide is intended to help you on redeeming customer’s vouchers through KKday SCM. 

Log in to rezio Admin, go to Channel Manager > Channel > KKday Channel Info. You can find the relevant functions of KKday SCM in the Menu drop down list. 



Redeem Voucher

① Enter the booking no. or QRcode and click the Search button.

② Make sure the order is valid and click the Redeem button to verify the order.

Note: If the orders are valid, the Redeem button will be displayed and suppliers can verify the orders. 

③ Double check if you want to redeem a voucher.

Note: This notification will not be displayed if the order is within the validity period.

④ Double check if you want to redeem a voucher.

⑤ You have successfully verified an order.
