Overview

This guide is intended to help you to setup the KKday Channel through the rezio Admin. Not only can you post your products in the KKday Channel, you can also connect existing products in KKday to your rezio products.

JUMP TO

Channel Manager > Channel

Log in to rezio Admin

  • Adding Products in a Channel

  1. Go to Channel Management and click Product Info.

  1. Go to the top right corner and click + Add Product to Supply or + Add Product to Connect to add the product to the channel management.

Notes: In the KKday Channel, there are two types of Connection Type:
--
Supply: there are existing itineraries in the rezio admin but have not been published on KKday yet. So the product information will be sent by Rezio to KKday.
--
Connect: the same itineraries are published on both the rezio admin and the KKday platform, however they are not linked. To link the itineraries, it is necessary to know the Product ID and Package ID in the KKday platform.

  • + Add Product to Supply

Click + Add Product to Supply, select the product you want to connect, then click Confirm. The system will check whether the product meets KKday's specifications or not.

  1. Go back to Product Info, you can see the Connection Status of the product you just selected.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. If the Connection Status is Channel Spec Not Compliant, the content that needs to be modified will be displayed at the top of the page. Click Go to edit product to change the relevant required settings.

  4. After finished editing, click Recheck Specs.

  5. If the product has met the specifications, the Connection Status will be displayed as Awaiting Setup, and you can start to set the Invoice Product Type, Voucher Template, and Channel Price.

Notes: For the products to be supplied to the KKday channel, you can choose the Voucher Template and Listed Product Category
--
Voucher Template: If the product uses the rezio voucher or custom voucher template in the Publish Settings, you can select the Voucher Template again when you go to the channel setting page. If you select KKday voucher in the Product’s Channel Settings, it means that rezio only provides the QR Code and will use KKday voucher template. This setting is only used for orders from the channel and does not affect MySite or distributor booking vouchers as they still use rezio vouchers.
--
Listed Product Category: Select your product categories in the KKday Channel will help your product to be searched at the KKday website.

  1. No need to fill in the Channel Product ID as the system will automatically generate the ID.

  2. Select the Channel Pricing Type. If you choose Fixed Price, you need to manually enter the channel price for each sales option. If you choose % off the Price, the system will automatically calculate the channel price according to the percentage you set.

  3. No need to fill in the Channel Sales Option ID as the system will automatically generate the ID.

  4. If the Channel Pricing Type is Fixed Price, you will need to specify the price you would like to offer to KKday channel. If the currency in KKday is different from that of rezio, the system will automatically convert it into the same currency for your reference. If the Channel Pricing Type is % off the Price, the system will automatically calculate the default discount rate of the channel, and you can also modify it manually. The automatically calculated Channel Price and Channel Service Fee will be displayed on the table.

  1. Click Save.

  2. Click Sync Product Info to Channel to supply and transfer your product to KKday. When supplying, the product status will change to Syncing Data. Please wait for a while and refresh the page to see the result.

  1. After the supply process is finished, the Connection Status will change to Awaiting Publish. At this time, use the Channel Product ID in rezio to find the same product on KKday backend. Finish your settings and publish your product to the channel.

  1. After the product is successfully published on KKday, the Connection Status will change to Synced, and the customer’s booking information from KKday will be  synchronized with the data in rezio.

  • +Add Product to Connect

Click +Add Product to Connect, select the product that you want to connect, then click Confirm.

  1. After the product is added successfully, the Connection Status will be displayed as Awaiting Setup. Click Settings to start editing.

  2. For the Channel Product, click Select Channel Products that have already existed.

  3. Select the Invoice Product Type and Voucher Template.

  4. Select Channel Pricing Type. If you choose Fixed Price, you need to manually enter the channel price for each sales option. If you choose % off the Price, the system will automatically calculate the channel price according to the percentage you set.

  5. Select the Sales Option you want to connect and set the Channel Specs according to each Identity/Item. Then, set the Channel Price.

  6. Click Save and Connect.

  7. After the product is successfully published on KKday, the Connection Status will change to Channel Connected, and the customer’s booking information from KKday will be  synchronized with the data in rezio.

  • Filter Channel Products

  1. Go to Channel > Product Info, use the filter to find the product you want to modify.

  2. In the Connection Status column, you can see the connection status between the products and the channel.

  3. If you want to delete a product from the list, click Select, choose the product you want to delete, then click Delete.

  4. Click Confirm to finish deleting your product.

Reminder: If a product is deleted, all existing orders from KKday that are linked to that product will no longer be synchronized or updated. And there will be no new orders from this channel as well!

  • Modify Availability and Session ON/OFF Switch

If you modify the availability of the published product, switching on/off your session, or even delete your session, you can modify them by manually syncing the data through rezio admin to the KKday channel.

  1. Go to Admin Publish > Sales Calendar to modify your availability, switching on/off your session, or delete your session. In this example, let’s change the availability from 8 to 10.

  2. Go to Channel >  KKday Product Info > your product’s Settings.

  3. Click Sync Availability to Channel.

  4. A notification of Syncing product availability… will appear at the top of the page. Go back to the previous page and click your product’s Settings again to check the status of your product. If Product availability successfully synced appears, then the data sync is completed.

  5. Log in to KKday's SCM backend > Product Management and fill in your Product UID. You can check whether the availability of your product has synced or not.

Note: The above syncing steps also apply to open, close or delete your sessions.

  • Modify Sales Option

After the rezio platform has revised the package content, there will be a Content not updated mark in the Product List.

  1. Go to your Product’s Settings, click Renew Product Info to sync the latest data to the KKday channel.

The system detects changes in the product’s settings. A notification will pop up to tell you what to update.

  2. Click Edit.

  3. Modify the settings that need to be changed.

  4. Click Sync Availability to Channel.

  5. The connection status will change to Channel Connected. A notification of Syncing product availability… will appear at the top.

  6. Go back to the previous page and click your product’s Settings again to check the status of your product. If Product availability successfully synced appears, then the data sync is completed.

Note: If the Connection Types is Supply, when you add or modify the contents of the sales option on the rezio admin, you must manually sync the data to KKday channel.
