Channel Management | KKday SCM: Reviews and Reports

Overview

This guide is intended to explain traveler reviews and export various reports in KKday SCM.

Log in to rezio Admin, go to Channel Manager > Channel > KKday Channel Info. You can find the relevant functions of KKday SCM in the Menu drop down list. 

 

 

KKday SCM - Reviews

① You may search by booking no., release date, departure date, product name, and buyer's email address (maximum time frame: 30 days). You may also search by rating score or photos.

② By default, Google translation will translate foreign reviews automatically (stars in full blue are the rating score provided by buyers). Click the Show original button to view the review in the original language

 

Reports - Booking Report

In the Booking Reports tab, you can also download the Redemption Report and Cancellation Report by choosing the corresponding date.

① You may search by Booking no., Product’s Name, Order status, Booking date, Departure date, Redemption date, Cancellation date. Then click Search. (you have to select at least one date and the maximum time frame is 90 days). 

② You may view the order total (USD), order quantity, and total customers here (The SCM system is used globally, therefore, the currency displayed is in USD).

③ Export the filtered results into a report in Csv file.

 

 

Reports - Payment Report 

① You may search the payment report based on the Year. Then click Search. 

② The total amount of the whole year and each month will appear (the currency displayed is in the original currency of the store).

③ Click View and Download to export the results into a Csv file. Click View details if you want to open it in another tab.
