Overview

This guide will explain the important points when uploading product images on rezio.

• Uploading to MySite

If you have enabled "MySite," each product will be presented in card format on the homepage as shown in the image below:

As the thumbnail on the card (product image) and the carousel images on the product page share the same image, the browser will automatically adjust the displayed area of the image based on the screen width when viewed on different devices.

To ensure that important information is displayed properly, it is recommended to place the main text and images within a width of 1310px if the image size is 1920px by 900px, as shown below:

By leaving some blank space around the edges of this area can further help avoid issues with the image being cropped or obscured within the display area.

• Publishing on KKday / KKday Marketplace

If KKday / KKday Marketplace is activated, and the products are supplied to these channels, please note that you must abide by KKday platform's restrictions: Each file must not exceed 5 MB, or the supply will fail.

In addition, if you upload multiple images in the product (including carousel images and itinerary images), it's best to keep the total number of images below 20 to avoid supply failure due to excessive file size.
