This guide will explain how to perform a connection test when using the rezio Admin backend to diagnose network issues.
Connection Test
If non-operational issues like server errors or slow page loading occur while using the system, this feature can be used to diagnose connection problems related to network quality, internal system connections, and external system connections.
Before Logging In
Click the Connection Test button in the bottom right corner to access the test page (the same applies when using the rezio App).
After Logged In
Under Menu - Settings - Click on Connection Test to access the page.
Testing Method and Results
Click “Start Test” to begin all three tests.
Upon completion of each test, the results will be displayed. Possible outcomes include:
Passed
Unstable
Failed
3. After all three tests are completed, an overall test result and record will be shown on the right. The results can be one of the following:
Your connection is normal. If you have any other questions, please refer to the User Guide or contact your product consultant.
Your connection is somewhat unstable. Please try again later or provide the test results to your product consultant.
An abnormal condition has been detected in your connection test. Please provide the test results to your product consultant.
4. Use the “Screenshot” or “Copy” function to provide the information to your product consultant.
Note:The same procedures apply on the rezio App if unable to log in.
