Overview
This guide is intended to explain the information and functions provided by the "Overview" tab of each product in rezio Admin.

Log in to rezio Admin to access Product List
View Product Information
Locate the product you would like to check in the Product List, and click to access the product information page.
Overview
The first tab within the product page is the “Overview” details, which include two main sections: Product Overview and Channel Overview.
Product Overview
This section will list important information from the “Basic Info” and “Publish Setting” tabs, allowing a quick view of the current configurations of this product.
Channel Overview
This section will show the publish status of this product across various channels and identify any issues that require adjustment.
Publish Product to Channel
Click “Add to Channel” to view available channels to publish this product
Choose the designated channel and click “Add” for the system to begin specification check:
If the product specs meet the requirements, you will see the following confirmation, click “Go to channel setting page” to complete the remaining settings.
If the product specs do not meet the requirements, you will see the following alert, click “Close” to return to the Overview page and adjust accordingly to the instructions.
Refresh the Overview page after making the necessary adjustments, and the channel status will display as “Awaiting Connection”. Then click “Channel Settings Page” to proceed with publish setup and specification check.
Note: The product’s status must be “Synced” or “Connected” for it to be published successfully.
- The product’s channel status and specs check result will be updated whenever you refresh or click into the “Overview” tab. Should any content edits not meet the specs requirements, it will also be displayed immediately. Direct link to the Channel Settings Page will be opened in a new browser tab for any adjustments.
Channel Settings Page
rezio provides the function to list your products on multiple channels. If you haven’t activated any channels yet, please refer to the Channel Management guide for more information.
After adding a product to channel, you will need to complete additional settings on each channel setting’s page, including:
Mysite - Publish Settings
Can publish/unpublish sales options with the additional option of setting up schedules.
KKday - Channel Setup
You will need to setup product category, voucher templates, and channel pricing, then sync or connect the product information to channel.
KKday Marketplace - Channel Setup
You will need to setup product category, voucher templates, and product pricing, then sync or connect the product information to channel for verification.
Viator - Channel Setup
You will need to connect the product to the corresponding in Viator, with the associated sales option and specifications.
GetYourGuide - Channel Setup
You will need to connect the product to the corresponding in GetYourGuide, with the associated sales option and specifications.
