How to hide sales options that are closed for sale

This guide will explain how to hide sales options that are already closed and will no longer be used in rezio Admin.

When there are many closed and unused sales options that may impact the viewing interface during operation, the "Product Sales Options Display" feature can be used to hide sales options that are no longer active.

• How to close sale options?

1. In Edit Product - Sales Options, toggle the Sales Option Switch to gray as indication that sales have been closed. 

2. In Sales Calendar, toggle the Sales Option Switch to gray as indication that sales have been closed. 
   

• Sales Option Display Setting

In Settings - General - Other Settings

    Select based on the desired display outcome: 

• Display All Sales Options: All sales options will be shown on the page regardless of the sales status. 

• Display Only Sales Options That Are Available For Sale: Sales options that are closed will be hidden from the page. 

Note: This setting does not affect orders and reports. Regardless of the mode selected, query and view orders and reports related to closed sales options are as normal.

• What is the effect of hiding closed sales options? 

After switching modes, closed sales options will be hidden from the screen. Refer to the differences in the images below:

Q1：I've switched the mode, but the sales options on the screen haven't updated. What should I do?

A1：Try refreshing the page to update the display and retrieve the latest data.

Q2：The closed sales options have disappeared from the screen. How can I reopen them?

A2：Simply change the display mode back to "Display all sales options" to make the closed sales options visible again, then you can reopen them.

Q3：What happens to the orders if a sales option is closed?

A3：Don't worry! Orders will not be affected. You can still search for orders related to closed sales options in the order list. Just select the product the sales option belongs to, and all related orders will appear.
