Channel Manager | How do I send additional vouchers or other information to customers?

Overview

This article will guide you through the steps to send additional vouchers or other information to customers after they successfully place an order.



  1. Order Source: Rezio

Go to [Order] > [Order List] > select [Order] > select [Email] drop down to send additional information to the customer. 


  1. Order Source: KKday

Go to [KKday] > [All Message]. You can directly message your customers to provide any additional information you wish to share.



  1. Order Source: KKday Marketplace

Go to [Dashboard] > [Message]. You can directly message your customers to provide any additional information you wish to share.


  1. Order Source: GetYourGuide, Viator

Kindly send the email separately (outside the Rezio system) or use your original platform to communicate with your customer.
