Voucher Generated by Rezio
For a voucher generated by Rezio. You can resend it to your customer by following these steps:
At rezio admin > [Orders] > [Order List] > select [Order] > [Email] dropdown > [Voucher Notification to Customer] > [Send]
The customer will receive a Voucher Notification Email similar to the example shown in the image below.
Voucher Generated by GetYourGuide or Viator
For voucher generated by GetYourGuide or Viator rezio could not provide those platform voucher to send out. Please go back to the original platform to proceed resending the voucher. If you have further question, please contact our Customer Success Manager.
