Overview

This section is intended to guide you through rezio Admin in customizing and designing your MySite.

Log in to rezio Admin and enter MySite to start customizing your booking site.


  • Enable MySite

On the MySite page,  setup your custom website link by entering the preferred URL, then click on “URL Check” to ensure it has not been used.

    

    Once confirmed, click “Activate URL”, or follow the instructions in red to revise the link.


    Mysite can be enabled (first launch within 24 hours) once the url is setup. 


If you need to temporarily close Mysite due to seasonal sales factors, use the toggle to deactivate. When the site is deactivated, visitors who click on the store URL will see a store “Closed" message, but this will not affect the vouchers you have already issued.


  • Browser Tab Icon

You can upload an icon image to make your site stand out among other browser tabs.


Click on “Media” to select from previously uploaded images, or “Upload” new files from your computer. 


  • Header Title

Select to use either a Store Name or Logo

Hint: To edit the store name, go to Settings > General.

  • Banner

This setting allows you to configure the main image and text displayed at the top of the store's homepage:


  1. As the image uploaded may vary in ratio, select how the image should be displayed:

    1. Full Image - Displays the entire image with possible blank spaces around.

    2. Fill the Recommended Size - System will automatically adjust the display which may result in partial cropped image. The setting provides a better overall display effect, but it is recommended to place important information in the center to avoid cropping.

  2. In “Banner Image”, select “Media” or “Upload”, the recommended size is 1920 x 600 pixels.

  3. Enter the Banner Headline, Subheadline, and Link (optional).

  4. Click Add and the image will appear below. You can upload multiple images and drag to change the order.




  • Product Image Slideshow

This sets the size for all product pages’ image carousels. Images are added when setting up individual products.



  • Shopping Cart

Use the toggle to allow different product orders to be charged together; deposits do not apply in this option.


  • Tags

Click + to select the tags to appear on the main page of MySite. Customers will be able to filter products using these tags.


Customization of url for the added tags are available with certain restrictions, or use the url generated by system.


  • Currency Menu and Language Menu

When enabled, these menus will appear at the upper right corner of MySite, allowing customer to switch to their preferred currency and language.

  1. Toggle to enable the function, click on + to add currency options.

  2. The pricing is shown by the store’s currency default setting. When customers select a different currency, the system will automatically convert based on daily exchange rate. However, the actual transaction will be determined by the currency set for the product and supported by the online payment gateway.

Note:Store currency can be updated in Settings - General - Regional.


  • Contact Form

When enabled, a “Contact Us” link will appear at the bottom right corner of MySite to allow customers to send inquiries to the designated email address.

  • Distribution Inquiries

“Available for rezio plan that includes distributor function

  1. Turn on the Enable Distribution Inquiries Form button.

  2. Fill in contact person’s email. 

Note: A letter will be sent to the contact person’s email when a distributor fills in the inquiry form.

  • The Additional Request Field

Display and allow your customer to fill in the "Additional Request" field during the MySite booking process. Their requests will be shown in "Order Details - Customer Remarks".



  • Cancel Order Button 

This allows customers to submit an order cancellation request on the Check Order page. Note that the booking will not be automatically canceled with this function, and will require your confirmation before order status is changed. 


  • Custom Menu

Enable this feature to add links at the menu bar of MySite.

  1. Enter the title for the menu

  2. Options - a name for the link. Hyperlink - the url link. 

  3. Click Add, and repeat to add more options and links. 

  4. Change order with the arrows.

  5. Toggle to Enable Custom Menu switch.

  • Custom Footer

To display additional information that is not shown in the main page.

  1. Click + to select from the default Footer Options, it is recommended to include Store Name along with either Business Address, Email, or Telephone

  1. When using the following features, check the relevant pages for content configuration:

  • Social Media Links: General - Basic - Social Media

  • Terms and Policies: General - Legal - Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions

  • Japan Act of Specified Commercial Transactions: General Settings - Legal

  • About Us: Enable the "About Us" feature at the bottom of this page before editing the content

  1. Enable Extended Footer to show more information and links

    1. This section uses a three-column layout and can display up to five rows.

    2. Text fields do not support line breaks and will be automatically adjusted according to the screen width when displayed. 

    3. By checking the "Hyperlink" box and pasting a URL, you can add a link to the text in that row.

  • MySite Introduction

Enter the Title and Introduction Text to inform customers about your services and products. This content will appear under the banner section on MySite.



The text entered here will also affect the SEO search results for Mysite and will appear in the summary of web searches. It is recommended to use concise and attention-grabbing text to introduce the products and services offered, enhancing the website's ranking.


Note:The text editor can be used to add styles and links to the introduction content. For more details, please refer to the Text Editor User Guide. Additionally, if multilingual services are provided, other language content can be added to the website introduction in Translation.


  • About Us

When enabled, the “About Us” link will appear at the top menu.  Enter text here to tell customers about your company.

The built-in features of the Text Editor can be used to set text styles and links, or Markdown syntax can be directly entered for configuration.



  • MySite Tracking

To use external services for website traffic analysis, the tracking code can be pasted into the corresponding field.


  • Google Analytics

rezio can support the new version of GA4 function, please copy your Measurement ID that is in G-XXXXXX format and paste them to the Google Analytics ID field (Also includes the G- and 6 digits, thus a total of 8 characters must be pasted).

Note:
1. Do not paste the entire gtag.js code.
2. If you are using an older version of Google Analytics or cannot find the location of the GA Tracking Code, please refer to How to Set Google Analytics



  • Facebook Pixel

The Facebook Pixel can be installed for tracking by pasting the Pixel ID in the rezio’s Facebook Pixel ID field:


To place ads on Facebook, fill in the Facebook Ad Verification Code and verify your domain:

  1. Log in to your Facebook business management platform, click Brand Safety and then click Domains

  2. Click Add to add the Mysite Domain. Enter the MySite URL, for example: addontwd.rezio.shop. After which, click Add

Note: make sure you enable your MySite to have your MySite URL.

  1. After adding a domain, copy the ID Number next to the words Owned by. Return to rezio’s backend and paste the copied ID into the Facebook Pixel ID field. 

  2. In the Add a meta-tag section below, you can see a string of code of <meta name=”facebook-domain-verification” content=”XXXXXXXXXXX” />. Copy the text between the hyphen of content=” “.

  3. Return to rezio’s backend and paste the copied text into the Facebook Ad Verification Code field and click Save. 

  4. Go back to Facebook business management platform and click the Verify Domain button. A green light will be displayed when the verification is successful and the setting is complete.

Note: It may take some time for this verification step to take effect.



  • Save & Preview

Once all settings are completed, click Save & Preview to see the effects. The preview window shows the homepage, product pages, and order process without generating actual orders. It may take up to 5 minutes for the applied changes to appear on Mysite.
