Overview
This guide is intended to help you on how to view the order that failed to import via Channel Management, fix the order with error and then import your order manually through rezio Admin.
JUMP TO
Channel Manager > Order with Error
Log in to rezio Admin to view your orders with errors.
View your Order with Error
Go to Channel Manager and click Order with Error. All orders that were not imported successfully will be display here. Click an entry to view the Order Details.
Go to Order Details, the reason and the needed revisions will be written at the top of the page.
After correcting the orders as required, click Convert to General.
If the conversion is successful, you will directly jump to Orders.
