This guide is intended to help you through the general settings in rezio Admin to set up the payment methods in your store.

Settings > General
Log in to rezio Admin and enter General under Settings.
General Setting Tabs
There are different general setting tabs placed at the top of the page with many configurable functions. Click the tab to choose different settings and click the arrows or scroll bar to navigate between tabs.
Some settings that are available here are: Basic settings, Regional settings, MySite Payment Settings, Invoice Settings (for Taiwan), Notification Email Settings, Closed Dates (Tour), Closed Dates (Office) and Legal.
Enable MySite Payment Settings
Go to the MySite Payment Settings tab to set the payment methods you want to offer to your customers on MySite. New changes will only affect new orders placed by customers, and existing orders will not be affected.
Click on your desired toggle button, it will turn blue indicating the payment method is enabled.
Enter your payment instructions or details in the text box below (if your MySite provides multiple languages, please remember to fill in the translation text in the translation area)
Click Save to update the payment details.
Online Payment Method
In response to the local needs of markets in various countries, rezio has partnered with several Payment Gateway service Providers. You can apply for a suitable payment method for your needs through rezio. For details, please refer to Apply MySite Online Payment Method.
When you activate an online payment method, once a customer places an order and choose online payment, the system will automatically reconcile the payment records, which will greatly reduce the time and labor costs of manual reconciliation!
Click Contact Rezio Consultant and someone will contact you to inform you of the Merchant Deposit Rate (MDR) and will check your application qualification for you.
Click on the Accept Online Payment toggle button. The relevant settings of the payment gateway will be displayed.
Take Stripe as an example. Click Connect with Stripe and you will be redirected to Stripe’s login page. After you have successfully logged in, the status will change to Activated.
Go back to this page, select the payment method you want to provide to your customers and finish the related settings.
Accepted Payment Modes for MySite
After the above payment method settings are completed, the enabled payment methods will be displayed in the Product List > Edit Product > Published Settings > Accepted Payment Modes for MySite. You can select the applicable payment method to a particular itinerary / product.
The payment methods enabled for that product will affect the customer's payment option when placing an order on MySite.
