Others: How to Set 2C2P as your Payment Gateway

Overview

This guide will provide explanations on how to set up 2C2P as your cash flow in Southeast Asia, allowing you to provide customers with online payment services.

MySite Basic Settings 

Settings > General 

Log in to rezio Admin to apply for online payment.



In General, click the MySite Payment Settings tab.

 

  • Payment Settings: Apply for Online Payment 

rezio cooperates with the 2C2P payment platform provider as the online payment gateway in the Southeast Asia region. You can bind your account to 2C2P through the account linking method within rezio, and the account information can be connected after the activation is successful.

 

  1. Click Contact rezio Consultant and our product consultant will contact you to inform you of the payment/exchange rate and to open the Payment Application for you.

  2. The product consultant will establish a communication channel for you with 2C2P and assist you in preparing the necessary application documents for cash flow. After 2C2P finishes reviewing your application, you will obtain the backend account password via your email. 

  3. After you have attained your 2C2P account, click Link with 2C2P and a 2C2P account information form will pop up.

Note: If you have any questions about your 2C2P account application, please ask 2C2P customer service to assist you! 

  1. Next, log in to the 2C2P backend. Here, you will need to locate your Merchant information. Search Rezio and take note of your Merchant IDMerchant Name and Merchant Keys.

  1. Return to the Link to 2C2P form on rezio. Input the ID and name from 2C2P’s backend and click Submit

Note: After sending the information, the account information will immediately be verified. When the verification is successful, the Payment Application Results will be sent to you by email.

 

  1. After you are connected with 2C2P, go back to the General > MySite Payment Settings tab and switch on the Accept Online Payments.

  2. Tick the payment method you want to provide to the consumer.

  3. After the settings are finished, click Save.

Note: After the payment settings are all set, when you click + Add Product in the Publish Settings, you can select the payment method you have opened/connected with.
