Overview
This guide is intended to help you apply for your MySite payment settings in rezio Admin.
JUMP TO
Settings > MySite Payment Settings
Log in to rezio Admin, and under Settings, click General to create your online payment.
Then click the MySite Payment Settings tab to apply your Online Payment.
View your Stripe Payment Status
To check the statuses of your payment, below are the steps you need to do:
Under Report, click Sales Report
Select the Date, Product, or All Resources—whichever you desired to receive the list of payments you want to export
List of Stripe Payment Statuses
As Stripe need several days for the payment to be transferred, below are explanations on your payment progress:
Pending: money has yet to reach the Stripe account, and will take a maximum of seven days to successfully transfer.
Available: money paid by customers is available in your Stripe account, but it has yet to be withdrawn.
Withdrawn: money has already been withdrawn into your business Stripe account.
How to Apply for a Stripe Account
You will need to apply for a Stripe account firsthand in order to connect your account to rezio. Please refer to stripe.com (Support Docs) for more information.
If you already have a Stripe account of your own, you can connect your account in Settings > MySite Payment Settings tab and switch on the Accept Online Payment then click Connect with Stripe. Once activated, your Stripe account will be connected via API.
