• Step 1: What is 2C2P?

2C2P stands for 'Cash and Card Payment Processor'. It is a comprehensive payment platform designed to help Southeast Asian businesses securely accept online, mobile, and offline payments.

• Step 2: Before You Apply – Let’s Prepare!

Good news! If you're a rezio user, you might enjoy exclusive discounted rates. Please contact your rezio BD or CSM for more details.

Once you’re happy with the fee structure, your BD or CSM will send a proposal. After signing it, you'll be introduced to a 2C2P representative to start the application process.

• Step 3: Prepare KYC Documents

To comply with legal and financial regulations, you’ll need to prepare the following KYC (Know Your Customer) documents:

- Company ACRA (business registration certificate)

- ID copies of all Directors and major Shareholders (25% ownership or more)

- Bank cheque sample or recent bank statement

- Signed Merchant Service Agreement (provided by 2C2P)

- Basic company contact info (you can list your rezio AM as technical contact)

Notes: Please review the materials in advance. Ensure all required information is submitted.

• Step 4: What Happens After Approval?

After submitting all documents, 2C2P will review your application. Once approved, you’ll receive an email with your backend login credentials.

Make sure to save these details:
- Merchant ID
- Merchant Name
- API/Public Keys

• Step 5: Link Your 2C2P Account to rezio 

You're almost there! Now it's time to connect your 2C2P account to rezio. 

✅ The system will verify your info right away. Once successful, you’ll get a confirmation email.

Congratulations! Your rezio store is now ready to receive payments via 2C2P.
