Overview
This guide will explain how to export traveler’s pickup information from orders in rezio Admin.
Report > Pickup Information
Log in to rezio Admin and go to Pickup Information to begin exporting.
Filter Data
Use the filter settings to select traveler pickup information for each order based on the departure date. You can export data for up to 7 days at a time.
Note:Orders with the status “Expired”, “Cancelled”, and “Cancelled by Channel” cannot be filtered.
Export Report
After setting the filter conditions, click Export Report at the bottom to export a CSV file to your computer. This file will include pickup and drop-off locations, times, customer notes, and other relevant pickup information.
