• rezio Admin Web Version：Minimum Browser Requirements

To ensure optimal performance, security, and stability, it’s recommended to verify that your browser meets the following version requirements and is kept updated. This not only provides an enhanced user experience but also the latest security protections, reducing vulnerability to cyber threats and improving compatibility and smooth operation.

1. Windows OS

• Chrome: Version 110 or above

• Microsoft Edge: Version 110 or above

2. macOS 

• Safari: Version 16 or above

• Chrome: Version 110 or above

Please note that non-standard or outdated browser versions may lead to issues such as instability, display errors, or functional limitations. For the best experience, it’s recommended to update your browser regularly.

• How to Check Browser Version

Chrome:

1. Open the chrome browser.

2. Click on the three-dot icon in the top right corner to access the settings menu.

3. Select “Help” -> “About Google Chrome”

Safari (macOS only):

When using the rezio App for redemption or order management, ensure your device meets the following minimum system requirements to access the latest app version:

iPhone: iOS 13.4 or higher (only iPhone 6s and newer models are compatible with iOS 13.4)

Android：Android 6.0 or higher
