Product > Product List

Log in to rezio Admin and navigate through the Product List to the Publish Settings section.

  • Setting Up Vouchers

  1. Go to Product > Product List

  2. Click on the product you would like to set up a voucher for

  1. Navigate to the Publish Settings tab and scroll to the Voucher Settings section

  2. You can choose one of the following voucher types for this product: NoneRezio VoucherCustom VoucherUpload Voucher Files, or OTA Vouchers

Currently we have 5 Voucher Types:

  • None: This type indicates no vouchers are to be sent to your customer. By choosing this type, tickets can only be manually redeemed from the order details during registration at the activity.

  • rezio Voucher: With this type, vouchers use the default rezio template and can be generated in the language you choose. For Redemption Code, choosing rezio QR Code allows you to redeem vouchers by using the rezio App. Customers can also see the verification status of the voucher in real time, self-redeem their tickets, add the vouchers to Apple Wallet, and other advanced features.

  • Custom Voucher: With this type, use your own customized template for the voucher’s design. Most settings are the same as for rezio Voucher; the differences are that 1) you must select the voucher template to be used yourself, 2) the Swipe to Redeem/Self-Redemption feature is not available for this voucher type and 3) adding to Apple Wallet function is not available.

  • Upload Voucher Files: With this type, design the voucher files with other software and upload them to rezio Admin. However, since you must send these vouchers to your customer manually, you will not be able to redeem the voucher with the rezio app.

  • OTA Voucher - KKdayThis option is only applicable if your product is sold on KKday and KKday Marketplace. In other words, it should not be available on MySite or other channels. Please contact your rezio Expert before using this option.

The following explains the steps to set each type of voucher:

  • None (No System Voucher)

When choosing None, no vouchers will be sent to your customer.

  1. Select the check-in method for your customers to process upon arrival. If you choose Customize, you can leave a message to explain how to check in

  • rezio Voucher (User Default Template)

If you choose rezio Voucher, the voucher will use the default template, and can be generated in the language you choose.

  1. You can Use rezio QR Code or Upload Customized QR Code. Contact your rezio Expert if you want to use API QR code or a barcode

  2. Select how the voucher will be generated, and how many times one voucher can be redeemed

    • For example, when the booking is for 3 adults, if you choose By Order, only 1 QR code will be generated, and if you choose By Identity/Item Quantity, a total 3 QR codes will be generated

    • Notes: When the Rezio Voucher is selected with the combination of Use Rezio QR Code and By Identity / Item Quantity, an additional All-in-One Redeem QR Code will be displayed above the voucher. Scanning this QR Code will directly write off all the vouchers in the order once, which is convenient for groups to use when entering the venue together, making on-site check-in more efficient

  3. Set the Number of Times for Redemption. If you set repeated redemptions, you can set whether to Allow repeated redemptions by the same user account.

    • Example: If you want customers to be able to redeem drinks with the same voucher after entering the venue, you can set the Number of Times for Redemption to 2 instead of using multiple QR Codes (QR Code generated by identity/item). If you set Don’t allow repeated redemptions by the same user account, it can prevent personnel from accidentally redeeming twice.

  4. Swipe to Redeem combines the rezio Voucher and rezio QR code functionality, wherein you can choose to allow customers to self-redeem their vouchers on the rezio website or not. This option must be used in conjunction with switching on Swipe to Redeem on the Sell Online - Vouchers module

  5. Select Voucher Language

    • Custom: The voucher will be in your chosen language, regardless of the language used when your customer made the booking

    • According to customers’ order languages: The voucher will be in the same language as the customer’s language

  6. Select How to Send a voucher to your customer. You can choose to send a voucher by the following methods:

    • Send Automatically with Order Confirmation: Automatically send the voucher simultaneous with an order’s confirmation. E.g. if a booking is manually confirmed, the voucher will be sent after you manually confirm the order

    • Send Automatically at a Specified Time: Automatically send the voucher at a specified time
Send Manually: Send the voucher on your own, using rezio Admin

    • Times can be set by N days and N hours, either From Order Date or Before Departure Date. This time will be displayed on the product itinerary of the booking website

  7. Select the instructions on How to Use the voucher. You can choose from the default text or enter your own instructions. It will be displayed in the “How to Use” section of the product itinerary and the voucher

  8. Click Next to save and continue

Note: To successfully enable the Swipe to Redeem function, don’t forget to go to the Sell Online - Vouchers module and enable Swipe to Redeem switch.

After confirming that both the Publish Settings and the store have enabled the Swipe to Redeem function, the customer will see a Redeem slider when they open the web Voucher. If customers have multiple vouchers, they can also Redeem them in groups.

The image below is an example of the default rezio template. The data will be generated according to your product and customer’s reservation details, and the color will follow the design for MySite.

  • Custom Voucher (Customized Template Voucher Made by rezio)

When choosing Custom Voucher, you can use your own customized template for the voucher design.  Most settings are the same as for rezio Voucher; the difference is that you’ll have to select the voucher template to be used.

Note: For more details on creating customized vouchers, please go to Admin Settings | Create Customized Voucher.

  1. Most likely, you will want to choose Use rezio QR code or Upload Customized QR Code in Order Details

    • For those needing an API code, please contact your rezio Expert for consultation

  2. Set the Number of Vouchers to Generate type and the Number of Times for Redemption according to your needs

    • Example: In a booking, the customer books for 3 Adults. If you select to Generate By Order, only 1 QR Code will be issued. In contrast, if you select By Identity / Item Quantity, 3 QR codes will be issued.

    • For vouchers that can be redeemed multiple times, you can also set whether you want to Allow repeated redemptions by the same user account or not.

  3. Select a Voucher Language

    • Custom: Select the language from a dropdown list you wish to use for the voucher. This language will display regardless of the language used when your customer makes the booking

    • According to customer’s order language: The voucher will be in the same language as a given customer’s language

  4. Select How to Send a voucher to your customer. You can choose to send a voucher by the following methods:

    • Send Automatically at a Specified Time: Automatically send the voucher at a specified time
Send Manually: Send the voucher on your own, using rezio Admin

  6. Select the voucher template from existing templates or create a new one. For more details on creating a voucher, please refer to Admin Settings | Create Customized Voucher

  1. To use different templates for different languages, click + to add more

  2. Select the template for your selected language. Note that you can only add one template at a time per language

  1. Click Add to add the template

  2. For different sales options, you will need to set the voucher templates separately, but you may use the same template for all options.  Once done, click Save

  • Upload Customized QR Code

Both rezio Voucher and Custom Voucher can use Customized QR Code instead of rezio own QR Code. If you use this option, you will have to upload it under the Order Detail page after the bookings are made. The QR code cannot be redeemed with the rezio app.

  • Upload Voucher File

You can design the voucher files with other software and upload them to rezio Admin, but since it’s not linked with the system, you will not be able to redeem the voucher with the rezio app.

  1. Set the time that the voucher will be sent. This is only for your customer’s reference and displayed on the product page in MySite and in the order confirmation, as the voucher will be sent by you manually

  2. Choose the How to Use instruction text, or you can enter your own text

After the customers book a product, the admin must go to the Voucher tab at Orders > Order List > Order Details to upload the voucher.

  1. Under Voucher Information, click Upload File

  2. After the file is uploaded, it will display below linked to a voucher number

  3. The voucher can be provided to the customer by clicking Copy URL or Send Voucher Notification. If copying the URL, make sure to message customers yourself or use rezio’s internal email system to send the link

  • OTA Voucher - KKday

This option is only applicable if your product is sold on KKday. If you choose this option, this product will not be available in MySite.  Please contact your rezio Expert when using this option.

  • Advanced Settings

If you choose Rezio Voucher + Use Rezio QR Code for your product, you can use Sell Online - Voucher to enable these functions. However, it is important to note that you can only choose to apply either one of these functions below. For instance, if you use Swipe to Redeem, the Add to Apple Wallet function is not available, and vice versa.

  • Swipe to Redeem

After the Swipe to Redeem function is enabled, the customer can open the voucher page with their mobile phone, redeem the voucher by themselves, and then show it to the on-site personnel. Compared to redemption by scanning a QR Code, this feature makes the on-site redemption process smoother and faster.

When both the itinerary and the store have opened the Self-Redeem function, the Swipe to Redeem button will appear when the customer opens the web version of the voucher. If there are multiple vouchers, the customer can also redeem in batches by themselves. If you don't want to display a QR Code, you can also turn it off in Sell Online - Voucher

  • Allow “Add to Apple Wallet”

By allowing the Add to Apple Wallet function, when iPhone users open the web version of the voucher, they can click the Add to Apple Wallet button below the QR Code to save the voucher directly to the app.

Apple Wallet: According to the designated time or place, a reminder message will appear on the lock screen in a timely manner. Customers only need to open the ticket in their Apple Wallet to check in and redeem the ticket.
