Instruction
This instruction will show how to search for messages in KKday SCM, reply to messages, and create common reply words for yourself.
Click in rezio Admin, get in Channel Manager -> Channel -> Channel Info of KKday, then you will see Menu right side of the top. Click in Menu then you will see all the functions in KKday SCM
All Messages
① You may filter the date of the message you need,
② 此欄位會呈現需優先回覆的訊息
③ Click in the message then you may reply to your customers.
④ Type down the messages and click send.
Message - Message Template
You may add different kinds of message templates, allowing you to get back to your customers instantly.
