Overview
If your Sales Calendar is set to expire, please extend it manually.
Step 1: Product > Product List > find Status. Check whether your Sales Calendar is set to expire. If the available days are less than 3 months, please extend the Sales Calendar.
Step 2: Click the product you want to extend the Sales Calendar and click Add Session
Step 3: Find Session Settings > Session Availability, and enter available quantity. Then chose Session Date Range(from - to) and Session Time Slot.
⚠️ Note: Check Calendar Settings History at the bottom, make sure that the new Session Date Range must not overlap with the existing ones.
4. Continuing from the previous step, select the Recurring Dates and Sessions.
If there are recurring days when service is not available, you can deselect those days (making them grayed out).
Note: DO NOT change the time here, it’s unavailable for KKday Marketplace. Please keep it as 00:00 and 23:59 for all dates.
As for Resource, select all resources needed for this session. (optional step) You can check Calendar Settings History > Resource at the button to see the previous settings.
5. Finally, go to Channel Manager > Channel and find the Extend Calendar section, and click the blue "Extend Calendar" button on the right. The system will display whether the extension is successful or failed.
