Overview
This guide is intended to help you through the account settings in rezio Admin, including introduction to the account info page, finding accounts, inviting new accounts, editing account information, changing your password, changing access roles, and removing accounts from your store.

Settings
Settings > Account
Login to rezio Admin and enter Account to set up account settings.
Account Info Page
All the accounts associated with your store are listed in the account info page showing email address, mobile number, account role, and last login time of each account.
Note: If an account has never logged into your store, the last login time will be shown as No login record.
Finding Accounts
You can type keywords such as name, email addresses, or mobile numbers in the search bar on the account info page to search for an account.
Inviting New Accounts
To invite new accounts to your store:
Click + Invite on the account info page.
Write a message (optional) and fill in the email address of the person you wish to invite.
Select the access role of the account.
Notes:
Currently, the system provides four roles: “Administrator”, “User”, “Order Only”, “Redemption Only”
Redemption Only - Only has access to Redemption function, and check redemption record
Order Only - May check, edit and redeem orders, but cannot create products
User - May create products and make changes to MySite, in addition to all permission granted to ‘Order Only’
Administrator - Access to all functionsClick Invite to send out an invitation.
Note: If the person you are inviting already has an account created, they can log in and have immediate access to your store. If the person you are inviting has not signed up to your store, they will receive an email inviting them to sign up and join your store.
Editing Account Information
To edit account information associated with your store:
Go to Settings > Account and click on your account.
Click Edit System Account. Once in edit mode, you can edit your first name, last name, mobile number of the account and change the language settings.
Click Save when finished editing.
Note: As an account is linked to the email address, the email address is unchangeable.
Changing Password
To change your account password:
Go to Settings > Account and click on your account.
Click Edit System Account. Once in edit mode, click Change Password.
Enter your current password and your new password twice.
Click Save.
Changing Roles
To change roles:
Go to Settings > Account and click on the account with the role you wish to change.
Go to Store Permission Info, then select the role.
Click Save when done changing.
Note: Only Administrators have authorization to change access roles.
Removing Accounts
To remove an account from your store:
Go to Settings > Account and click on the account you wish to remove.
After entering edit mode, click Remove to remove the account.
Note: Only Administrators have authorization to remove accounts.
