Overview

This guide is intended to help you walk through product management in rezio Admin, covering how to navigate the product list and add, filter, and edit products

JUMP TO

Product > Product List

Log in to rezio Admin and enter the Product List to start managing your products.

The cover imagename, all the sales options bound to the product, codecategory, and sales status of each product are displayed in the product list.

  • Status

The sales status will change depending on settings and the situation at time of viewing as listed below:

  • In Progress: The essential steps in the product setup are incomplete, meaning the product is not for sale.

  • Available until ___: The product has been set and can be on-shelf to the selected channel.

  • End Selling: The selling period for the product has ended.

  • Discontinued: The product is not on sale due to the sales options selling statuses switched to OFF. If just one sales option selling status is ON, the status will not be set to Discontinued.

  • Fully Booked: All the sessions for the product are sold out.

  • Creating a Product

Click +Add to add your product. For more information, please refer to Admin Product | Product Setup: Basic Settings.

  • Duplicating a Product

You can also duplicate products with statuses such as Available, Discontinued, Fully Booked, and Selling Ended.

  1. Select the product you want to duplicate, click on the ⋮ icon on the right and click Duplicate.

  1. A popup will appear giving more information about duplicating product and the name of the products. Click OK to duplicate.

  1. The system will duplicate all the product’s content except the Pricing and Session Settings. The copied content include both required and optional tabs, such as Basic Info, Introduction, Sales Options, Taxes & Fees, Cancellation Policy, Deposit, Booking Info, Publish Settings, and other tabs.

  2. The duplicated product name will have _copy automatically added after the name, and the product status is In Progress. A screen will pop up and redirect you to the Add Pricing and Add Session tab for you to finish product setup.

  1. When the price and calendar settings are completed, there will be a window asking whether to Publish this Product now to MySite or publish them later through the Publish Settings.

Note: Once the product is duplicated, the product will appear in the translation area. However the previous product’s translated content will not be copied to the duplicated product’s translation area.
